PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDER THROUGH THE SANDTLA.COM WEB SITE (the “SITE”). THESE POLICIES ARE INCORPORATED INTO AND A PART OF OUR TERMS OF USE FOR THE SITE.

Shipping and Delivery

All accepted product orders will be delivered via USPS. 

You will be responsible for the products you have ordered as soon as S&T has dispatched them.

Shipping costs will be estimated upon checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from S&T, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.

Returns and Exchange Restrictions

Most of our products may be returned within 30 days of shipment date provided that it is clear that all returned items have not been worn, altered or washed. Late returns will be accepted or rejected solely at the discretion of S&T. In addition, all products must remain in the original packaging with all tags still attached in order to be eligible for return. 

Sale items are only available to return for store credit. Items purchased at less than full price using a promotion or coupon code may be returned for a refund or store credit. Promotions or coupon codes are not valid on Sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Return Process

If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased through the Site, please send us an email at hello@sandtla.com with your name, order number and reason for the return/exchange. We will then process your return and provide shipping instructions to send back your product(s). You will be responsible for return shipping costs, with the exception of faulty/damaged goods.

As noted above, shipping and handling charges on your original product order are not refundable, unless there was a shipping error on our part. Please allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund, store credit or exchange once we have processed it.

Gifts

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return it to us, our standard return policy still applies. Returns will be processed in the form of a store credit for the full amount of the gift or we will refund the amount to the original purchaser.
